I would highly recommend SwimScapes for your pool service needs. I have been working with Brad for 11 months now and in that time, he has not only maintained our pool to perfection but also taught me the ins and outs of pool chemistry. Because SwimScapes is independent, they don't push store brand products.
I hear so many stories from my friends with pools who take their water to the local pool store and are persuaded to purchase multiple store brand products to maintain balance in their pools.
Not with Brad ... He uses exact science when balancing pools and minimum products to adjust the pool chemistry. I would highly recommend Brad and Swimscapes to anyone needing a quality, dependable, and intelligent pool service.

I am a first-time pool owner and needed help with ongoing maintenance. SwimScapes was highly recommended by our pool builder. Brad was great! He came out daily the first week and taught me water chemistry, equipment management, and answered all my questions. He even worked with the builder to upgrade my controls to WiFi at no charge. After a week I was able to take over maintenance myself. Very satisfied. I would highly recommend SwimScapes.

Brad and his team have been great to work with! We are newbie pool owners so we need a lot of guidance and help. Brad is great at training and helping us understand not only proper water balance/ chemistry, but he also assist with our pool equipment and settings. In addition, he provides excellent customer service and communicates any issues to us that come up during his weekly service. We also like that he is very responsive to our text when we have random questions anytime of the week. We would highly recommend him and his team!
